Due to increasing response from customers that are out of our normal delivery range we have implemented Secure Shopping Cart capability in order to service our friends that wish to have some of the many items we carry shipped to them. Please be aware that popular requests such as playsets, slides, sheds, custom fence panels and the like are too large and/or heavy for UPS delivery. For "out of normal delivery range" shipments we are limited to what UPS (United Parcel Service) will ship. SHIPPING Sometimes it is more convenient to have items delivered to a work address: if you prefer delivery to a work address, it is very important that we have the business name shown on your order, and the business telephone number needs to be on the order as well. UPS may not be able to deliver unless the address reflects the business location's name in the address. Shipments are made from either our main location at 11150 S. Cicero in Alsip, Illinois or our location at 1 N. White Street in Frankfort, Illinois. In rare instances an order may be shipped from multiple or alternate locations. Shipping and handling charges are based on the product type, weight and size. At our discretion we may pack multiple items into one carton. The shipping charge is automatically calculated by the Secure Shopping Cart system. UPS will not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Please supply a suitable street address for delivery. We will contact you if there is any problem. PRIVACY We have a strict policy of NEVER selling any customer information (name, address, credit card, phone number, email address, etc) to ANY individual or organization. DAMAGED ITEMS UPS: If the item is obviously damaged, note this with the driver and refuse shipment. The item will be returned and another sent at no additional charge. In the case of concealed damage contact UPS within 3 business days of delivery. They will arrange pickup. Once the item has been received by us a replacement will be shipped. RETURNS Any items ordered that we keep in stock (most items we offer with ordering capability we do stock) can be returned, freight pre-paid to: Fox Home Center 1 N.
